You will need:
gold striped washi tape, or design of your choice
kraft card stock or paper
paper slicer (guillotine)
small paper punch
twine or string
small brass or silver brads
Begin by adding long strips of washi tape to the kraft card stock. You could use any color of card stock for these ornaments, but I just really liked how the kraft paper looked covered with the gold striped washi tape.
Using your paper slicer (guillotine), slice along the edge of the washi tape to create neat strips measuring the same length and width. The strips here measured about 18cm (7in) in length, and about 1cm (1⁄2in) in width.
